PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

​

 

The rise of Béout: through the physical body we will calm the mind and we will access to the listening of our heart (place through which the soul expresses itself).

Cécile's discovery of emotional intelligence: what we're talking about. What's the point ? How to use it in our social and professional relations?

A collective healing & guided meditations with Clara who, thanks to her travels and her path, will share her know-how to help release different memories. Failing to release memories into consciousness, life releases them for you through trials. You can choose to release them before the trials or reduce them.

Guided tour of the Sanctuary of Lourdes: Cécile will share with us her Faith and the message of the Mary.

 

Possibility to book individual treatments with Clara Sofia and Cécile before and after retirement.

WEEKEND PROGRAM

​

 

Friday October 15
2 p.m. - 5 p.m. Arrival is at your convenience. Depending on the time of arrival, it is possible to book, for an additional fee, a fitness massage or a personal cleaning treatment for all types of souvenirs.
5.15 p.m. Presentation circle and opening meditation. Visit of the cave.
7:30 p.m. Vegetarian dinner
9 p.m. free time.

Saturday October 16
7:00 am - 7:45 am Morning meditation.
8:00 am Breakfast
10 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Starting circle and connection meditation.
10:30 am Departure for the Béout mountain hike. During the ascent, a period of dialogue can intervene with Cécile and Clara. Each will put her listening and empathy at the service of each one.
Picnic at the top.
Moment of sharing after the meal all together.
Topo on emotional intelligence: what are we talking about? What's the point? What if this tool helped us in our relationships with others and more broadly for our alignment?
4:00 p.m. - 4.30 p.m. Return to the hotel. Small light snack.
18.00 Meditation: Collective treatment by Clara. Clarification of the physical and emotional bodies. Cleaning of memories and reception of light.
20.00 Vegetarian dinner
9:00 p.m. Closing circle. Presentation of massages and energy treatments offered on Sundays.

Sunday October 17
7:00 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. Morning meditation
8:00 am Breakfast
9 a.m. to 10 a.m .: release of the rooms and the hotel keeps the suitcases.
10 a.m. Guided tour of Lourdes and passage through the cave with explanation of the apparition
Marian and water signs. The message of the return to the Source (God).

12h00: Vegetarian lunch
Departure from 2 p.m.
The afternoon being devoted to individual treatments: 1-hour fitness massage performed by Cécile as part of the Beauty of the Stars or / and individual energy treatment: cleaning of any type of memory.
Departure for those who wish to leave or freedom of stay for those who wish, subject to availability at the Hotel Pension CASSAGNOUS.

 

Price of the stay (accommodation and meals included with tourist tax): 290 €
Accommodation in a three-bedded room or in a couple's room. For single rooms for 1 person a supplement of 10 € is to be applied
