Dear friends,
In the light of Samhain, the Celtic celebration of the temporal transition, when the veils are thin and the days darken, I invite you to gather on the Cathar land in Bugarach, a cosmo-telluric vibrational high place, which will support our healing and ascension process. In communion with the great flow of life, we will let go of what no longer serves us.
Samhain is a celebration of passage from one season to another and of opening to the world of the gods. It is mentioned in many Irish epic tales because it is conducive to magical and mythical events.
This 3-day retreat is therefore the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the untouched beauty of nature to discover, release and let go of limiting beliefs, past life traumas and ancestral repetitive patterns. With the support of the source within, the masters, the galactic beings and Gaia, in this place, at this time and with your healing guides, you will find peace and well-being and reconnect to the part of you that is already whole and complete. Your being of light will be harmonized to regain its unity. This retreat will be a time of reset, to bring to the zero point your relationships and life situations.
We will go to sacred sites in the beautiful nature of Bugarach to receive the wisdoms of stones and elements of nature, to awaken our memories, to remember who we are, to bring together the parts of our soul to feel even more complete to live aligned with our life mission, to gain freedom and let even more joy enter our everyday life. We will meditate at sacred sites, honour ancestors and release our genealogical lineage with time travel to our past lives and ancestral lineage to heal and ease blockages on our path. Right now as nature dies we are coming into contact with the darker parts of our being. I therefore invite you to embrace them to transform them and thus nourish the seeds of your rebirth.

Encounter with the depths of oneself

Walk and meditation at the Gorges de Galamus 2 p.m.
Monday October 31: Ascension
Ascent of the Pic de Bugarach and meditation at the top 08h
Circle around the fire element 8 p.m.
Tuesday, November 1: Renaissance
Receive the messages of his soul, honor the ancestors
Walk and meditation with the giant stones of the druids 10h
Individual healing sessions are possible during the hours of integration.
In case of bad weather, we will do the meditations in our ceremony room.

Accommodation
Accommodation at "Maison de la Nature" in Bugarach in single, shared or dormitory rooms. Kitchen available. Here is the link for booking accommodation: http://maison-nature-rando.com
Meals are not included, possibility to eat at the restaurant of the Maison de la Nature where we are staying or to cook on site.
The indoor ceremonies and meditation will take place at the Maison de la Nature in a dedicated room that we can use in case of bad weather.
Food
Meals are not included, possibility to eat at the restaurant of the "Maison de la Nature" or to cook on site.
Everyone chooses their food during the retreat. We can spontaneously decide to share meals. The idea is to eat a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water to detoxify the body. I recommend a vegetarian or vegan diet, without coffee and without alcohol.
Location
You can reach Bugarach by car from Carcassonne or Limoux. In these both cities you also have train station and possibilities to rent a car. It is also possible to take a bus to Couiza and organise a pick-up from there or join the retreat center by taxi. We can organise car sharing between the participants.
