4 days to come back to yourself for your expansion from the Earth to your stars. On the program, meditations, ceremonies, activations and walks in nature and in sacred places, to connect with the frequency of the Cathars - the guardians of the Grail - with Mary Magdalene, Isis, the star beings, the elements of Gaia and the guides.
Accompanied by the full moon throughout this journey, we will celebrate it in union with the sacred plant of cacao, beverage of the Mayan Gods and Goddesses, guardians of the codes of Kristo, the sun god. This same sun illuminates our hearts with its frequency of unconditional love, the Christ frequency, which we all come from and from where the Cathars came. We are made of this original light and this light is also embodied by the Grail. It is the gold of the alchemists resulting from the union of the feminine and the masculine, of the sun and the moon.
On the this sacred land, we will meet nature and especially the water element, which will accompany us to let go of what no longer serves us to be in the flow of life, welcoming and clarifying the shadows.
Mary Magdalene will be our companion, with her strength and healing power and Isis will put us on her throne. Thus we will be able to nourish our sacred feminine and masculine, heal its wounds to be in the union of hearts. This Union is the most that activates our abundance at all levels.
The star beings will be with us and support us in our healing process, clarity of life, return to self and reminder of oneness, with their beautiful unconditional love. The galactics are an example of perfect union with their environment and balance between the masculine and the feminine.
The Mayans as well as the Cathars, Isis, Jesus Sananda and Mary Magdalene are star beings. It is now up to us to rediscover this universal consciousness which will open the doors to our internal and external paradise. Where everything is possible in union with the divine.

Cacao ceremony and connection with your family of stars and the full moon

Mediation at Bugarach Lake and swimming with the dragons

Ceremony at Mary Magdalena’s cave

DAY 3. THE WATERS OF ISIS
Soft baths, meditation by the water and activation on the throne of Isis

DAY 4. THE FLAME OF UNION
Wishes ceremony at the Fountain of Love and visit to the chapel of Mary Magdalene with meditation

Everyone chooses where they want to stay. I recommend the Maison de la Nature in Bugarach which is a camping and which also has rooms for rent. La Maison de la Nature faces Mount Bugarach and is 2 minutes from Bugarach Lake. Excellent spot to find yourself, meditate and swim in the lake.

Food
Everyone chooses their food during the retreat. We can spontaneously decide to share meals. The idea is to eat a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water to detoxify the body. I recommend a vegetarian or vegan diet, without coffee and without alcohol. I propose to share two lunches during our excursions.
