TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Registration for a retreat or workshop is only effective once each participant agreed to the terms and conditions via email.


1. Registration

Registration can happen via email or the webshop on soullightbeing.com. The registration is only effective after the participant received a written confirmation by email and transferred the agreed amount to the respective payment method. The deposit is non-refundable after mandatory registration - see point 4 for more details on the cancellation. Valid payment methods are the webshop (Stripe), wire transfer or PayPal.


2. Number of participants

The event takes place when the minimum number of participants has been reached up to four weeks before the beginning of the retreat or the workshop. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the previously registered participants will be notified in writing. Payments already made will be offset against future retreats or workshops, or refunded.


3. Disclaimer

Participation in a retreat / workshop is at your own risk and responsibility. The organisator (Clara Ouchène) should be aware of physical and psychological limitations (illness, injury, pregnancy, depression, etc.) before the event starts. If the participant is in a limited state of health or is under medical treatment, the participant must consult the attending healers and/or Clara Ouchène before the beginning of the event if participation is possible. Each participant indemnifies Clara Ouchène from all liability claims within the legal framework for complaints or injuries of any kind occurring during or resulting from the retreat or workshop.


4. Cancellations

Should a participant withdraw from a retreat / workshop due to illness or other reasons after a binding registration, he / she will incur the following cancellation fees:


Cancellation within 30 days before the start of the event: 50% of the total price

Cancellation within 14 days before the start of the event: 80% of the total price

Cancellation within 7 days before the start of the event, as well as in case of non-arrival: 100% of the total price


The cancellation must be in writing. Decisive for the cancellation costs or a possible refund is the date of receipt of the cancellation. Alternatively, a replacement person can be provided by the registered participant himself without additional costs.
